I absolutely love love Joanna's post about the perfect cheese platter. I very much enjoy having cheese platters at a get together, because there are few people who won't touch it. A few tips from her post:
-Buy one ounce per person per cheese (no more than 6 cheeses)
-Take the cheese out of the fridge one hour prior to the party (cheese should be served room temp)
- Cheeses should be arranged on the platter clockwise, from mildest to strongest: mildest at 12:00, strongest at 11:00.
