A dash of glitter

Sometimes, and by sometimes I mean all the time, I just want a little sparkle in my life.

This cake is all that I want, forever.

And I'm thinking of making these diy glitter hats, for like, every day wear or something.

Or maybe I'll make my own glitter tonight instead of making dinner. All that you need is salt, food coloring and an oven, as shown here. And considering this is pretty much all that's in my kitchen right now, it seems like a good idea. I swear "go grocery shopping" has been on my to-do list for apx. 5-45 days now.

Sparkle on, you beautiful people.

Today, I wanna try

To have more monochromatic days.

To add more pops of vibrant colors to my life.

To garden more (at all). I want an herb box!

To pass out little candy jars as party favors.

To wrap presents in fabric!

To relax, slow down, and not rush through life. I have too many accidents a day (ie burns from irons, broken iphone screens :( , etc.), which my mom tells me is due to me rushing through things. I admire those with patience and the ability to just, chilllll.

If I could be anywhere right now...

I'd be right here.

Some Summer Sun

After spending an incredible weekend at and around the beach, I have officially deemed it summer. Tell everyone, the season has changed per my request, which means it's time to do some of my favorite things like...

Being in or around water as much as possible.

Bike riding anywhere and everywhere. I don't care how cliche it is, there's nothing quite like a long walk on the beach (mine were particularly wonderful this weekend).
