Now that two of my best friends have babies/are pregnant, I've realized that we're just entering the wedding and baby years, which means I'm going to have a lot of shower-planning to do (fine by me!). I love the shower above, done by one of my favorite bloggers. It may have to do with that AWESOME dessert bar (I'm a sucker for dessert bars). Good job, Erin!

A letter from Ronnie

For years my mom has been telling me to read the book I Love You Ronnie: The letters of Ronald Reagan to Nancy Reagan, and I've just now started reading some of the letters. And I am in tears! These two were truly in love. It's full of the sweetest, purest and most heart warming words. The letter above, although hard to read, is just a little sample. A must-read, for any romantic out there!

She's here!

Bella Chanelle, my beautiful 5 lb 4 oz blessing of a niece arrived Sunday July 25, 2010 at 8:30 am and we couldn't be happier. My best friend was so brave and strong, and she is already such a wonderful mom. I'm so excited to watch this bundle of joy grow up!
